**** INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

With the sharpener facing you, start sharpening in the first span of the sharpener to your left and continue in the other two positions in the same order to finish the sharp blade.

Place the sharpener on a flat, non-moving surface during use. Place the knife in the sharpening position starting from the end near the handle and move the knife backwards on both sides. Place a slight pressure of the wire between the sharpener discs.

**** For external cleaning, use only a soft, lightly moistened cloth. Do not soak in water or take it to the dishwasher.
